Individual life coaching sessions
This service is provided for each individual who desires one on one life coaching. As a Life Coach I will provide an atmosphere that is safe, compassionate and confidential.
Small group/ work sessions
Sessions can be provided to small groups to enhance effective communication and teamwork through both individual and group work teaching methods and delivery. Strategies can be developed to meet the individual needs of the workplace and staff. In these sessions I will provide a safe, compassionate and confidential environment for all concerned within these group sessions
